Daniel Levy has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry including in-house roles and in private practice.

Daniel established Greenfields in 2004.

Daniel has particular expertise in:

• fund mergers;
• outsourcing agreements;
• investments;
• financial product advice;
• advising on regulatory requirements and and fiduciary obligations.

Daniel has also been involved in preparing submissions to government on reform proposals.

Andrej has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry including in-house, in private practice and in the public sector.

1 year at ASIC (as a Senior Specialist).

10 years at King & Wood Mallesons and Freehills.

1 and a half years with two major industry funds.

Andrej joined Greenfields in 2007.

Andrej has particular expertise in:

• litigation and dispute resolution, including disability benefit claims, SCT complaints, deed rectifications and surplus distributions (including at all levels in the Federal and State Courts)
• enforcement and administrative action by APRA and ASIC – for example on enforceable undertakings, director disqualifications and compulsory witness examinations (including in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal)
• strategic fund matters – for example major fund restructures, significant deed amendments and successor fund transfers
• privacy law.

Andrej has also been involved in preparing submissions to government on reform proposals. He has also lectured at Monash University and is a regular speaker and author for industry events and publications.
